College Math Teacher needs a career change

I need a career change! I have a Bachelor’s in Math and a Masters in Teaching Math. I am in my mid 40s and have a background in HR and OPs retail management. I’ve been tutoring and teaching math at the college level for 15 years now. I love it! But the salary (47K) is just not sustainable at all. I’m looking for something that pays at least 70K to live comfortably in 2024. I am willing to do anything but I thrive working with people. A remote job would be ideal as it would allow me to move, but I’m open to in person as well. Where do I even start on a career change? Thanks in advance!
