Should I quit a job I hate that pays well?

As the question states, I make really good money at my current job, but I can’t stand the work. I’m in my late 20’s, making around $200k working a sales job. I live well within my means, and my husband makes about $100-120k so he has the ability to help support us if I took a pay cut. My job requires a lot of travel, sometimes long hours (60 hr weeks), and staying abreast of industry news and updates. I just don’t have the passion for the work, and I feel I’m falling behind because I’m so unmotivated.

I’d like to become an advisor, these jobs pay less to start but can be extremely lucrative long term while also letting you be your own boss. So my question is, do I stick out this job as long as I can? Do I switch careers, taking a 50% pay cut but doing work I like better? Has anyone been in a similar situation that can help?
