Test Drive

I have bought about seven cars through Carmax over the years. Generally, I’m a fan. I pay cash, and, think that I am an easy customer. That being said, I paid $599 to transfer in a car. When I went to test drive, twice I was told that I was more than welcome to take a 20 minute test drive. There was a definite emphasis on 20. I did not say anything, but, I felt pretty insulted. Why are they making me feel like they want me to conform to their rule to rush? I’ve never been pushed like this before.
