6 months of carnivore

I'm starting month 7 now. Six months of carnivore, a couple cheats and 90 lbs down total.
I lost 9.8 lbs last month. I'm at that point where my 2xl shirts are starting to look a bit baggy and size 38 or 40 pants are all absolutely requiring a belt. When i started, i was only wearing 3xl shirts and some of my pants i could barely button. I have one of those Renpho scales with all that information that i don't know how much i trust it's measurements from the little electrical bit that goes through you and all of the sudden have some neat stats. May 11 was the last day I stepped on the scale. I had started carnivore on June 4, and stepped on the scale for the first time for carnivore on June 6, but that's not really important to this - i should have weighed in on June 4th, day 1 but i didn't.) - Anyway, again, i don't know how much i trust the stats the smart scale has for me, but it did say that I lost 3.4 lbs of muscle mass. I don't think I was getting enough fat for a while, but

Don't know how much to trust this accuracy but here's the information. Also it shows May 11, I started on June 4. May 11 was the last day i stepped on the scale- the first time i used the scale on Carnivore was June 6.

I managed to not cheat with Halloween candy or with all the stuff that goes with Thanksgiving. There's always a lot of pie and all the other stuff, but I had turkey, butter, salt, and water.

I have not had any blood work done yet, and I'm kind of interested in doing it now that I'm 6 months in. Should i wait a bit longer?

I made one of those "carnivore pizza" recipes that i saw one of those tiktok people make.. it uses chicken/parm/egg/porkrinds for the crust, heavy cream and some butter for the sauce, and beef and bacon and parm as toppings. it was... almost pizza. It wasn't quite pizza, and it also wasn't that great. I've avoided cheese and cream for all the rest of this carnivore experience. I thought i would miss pizza but i guess I don't.

On my last two posts about this around last month.. I gave some advice to you new folks. It’s still the same.

You can do this. It can be super hard for a while but it gets better. Don’t rely on the scale to tell you how you’re doing. I relied on it in the beginning, but in the end, It’s just a tool. You're going to notice things that your body is doing that your scale can't tell you. Eat what you can afford to eat. If you cheat and eat a bunch of junk, don’t beat yourself up. Just really pay attention to how you feel after eating that, especially if it’s something full of sugar. This journey isn’t going to be perfect, and it’s going to be different for each person. You got this. Just get back on and do your best.
