Getting mentally sick of it...but why?
I'm only new to carnivore and I genuinely enjoy it. I started in November and I've been quite strict. I had a week during Christmas/Nye but I've been back on since then.
I don't introduce any variety and I tried the slow cooked beef and wasn't a fan (maybe because I added chopped bacon and ended up with a unpleasant boiled bacon smell).
I have Bacon and eggs 3-4 times each week for breakfast and skip breakfast other days.
I get thick cut scotch fillet steak and bbq almost every day for dinner. I probably have a couple slices of havarti cheese (less than 0.1g/carb and sugar per 100g) every 3-4 days or so.
I'm starting to get bored of it. I'm pushing through because of how amazing I feel and how easy it is mentally.
Has anyone else experienced this? What worked for you?
Do I need to just harden the f*** up and eat steak?!
