My cats won’t stop urinating blood, please help…

A bit of background. When my cat started urinating blood, we thought she may have kidney stones. After a visit to the vet, it was concluded that the problem was caused by stress (blood and urine tests, switch to a urinary track formula as advised by the vet). After a week of medication, she stopped urinating blood.

A week later, construction started next door and the symptoms reappeared and went away after the construction ended. And then reappeared again when another construction started.

However, now there hasn’t been any construction noise in the past month or so, but the symptoms have started.. again… one week on - one week off. I’ve been working from home and I know there weren’t any stressor, at least ones that are known to me… I have since gotten a second opinion from a different vet, still pointing to stress…

I’ve swapped sofas twice already because of the acidic smell that I can’t get rid of, even after using loads of cat cleaning products. I wake up and come home to pee all over the floor. Im not sure what to do anymore…

Please help…
