KUDOS to Celebrity for VISA points to OBC flawlessly

Fall ‘23 took advantage of the Celebrity VISA PROMO for new Bank of America Visa. Redeeming points to OBC went into “limbo”. Had to call Celebrity to as then to find redemption and apply to requested sailing.

Recent months December ‘24 and today / redeeming points from Celebrity visa to OBC all happened today - no additional phone calls to Celebrity - just worked the way it should.
