Oracle Health and AI - IC3

I have received verbal communication from Oracle for IC3 role. But i am hearing really bad reviews about the company. Should i join it ? Also i am being offered 37Lpa fixed and 8.4L per year RSU's having overall around 4.8 years experience. Do you guys think if there is a scope of getting more in compensation ? Just FYI; i was laid off from last organisation arounds 2 months back.
