2022 Bonus Plan Update... but

Dear Associates,

Effective with the Legal Entity Combination (LEC) on October 1, 2022, you will no longer be eligible for the Cerner Bonus Plan.

Anyone know the context of this announcement - does it mean NO more bonuses or is it just simply that the "Cerner" bonus plan is being replaced by an "Oracle" bonus plan?
