CMV: Geert Wilders is misunderstood and a great politician

Now I would like to start of with I 100% support the VVD. Not the PVV but the more I learn about Wilders the more I like him. His party isn't that good but he himself is a great politician. He keeps getting death threats online and he aways hits back against them. This shows he genuinely cares about his country. I can't name any other leader that does the same as him to the same scale.

He's also really pro LGBTQ which for a "far right" politician is a rare thing to see. I've been reading up on what his main views and policies are and he also supports free busses in the Netherlands. I agree with this and its also a left wing view.

I do disagree with him on immigration but it's obvious he's doing it because he wants his country safe. He wants out of the EU aswell but wants to remain in the free trade agreement. He only mainly disagrees with it on the immigration side of things. Which I'm not Dutch so I can't comment on exactly how bad it is. But considering all his other policies is progressive wing. It shows he's genuinely trying to make his country better again.

I do not see the hate at all for him. I want to him hate because of him immigration stances but I genuinely can't. He seems like one of the only dependable politicians that stands up for what he believes in and I respect him so much for that.
