Would you take this job?

I've recently been offered a position in the Hangzhou area, and as I have never worked in China before, I wanted to see if this is a good offer. I have over 8 years of teaching experience elsewhere, but no teaching license. The offer is:

Monthly pay of about 25k after tax and a housing allowance of 4k, with a few other benefits like travel allowance. Adding the benefits on to the salary gives me about 35,000 per month before tax.

The job is for a maximum of 25 hours of teaching and I need to remain at the school during its hours, so it is a full time position.

Do you think this position is worth taking and is there anything I should watch out for?
