Does anyone know where the selective chinchilla food is like this ?

Hi everyone I have gotten this food for the past like five years now and it’s only been the last two years I’ve got maybe three bags of food where it’s like this just looks really like dehydrated and one of my boys is really fussy with what food he likes and this is the only food he will eat but he doesn’t eat it if it’s like this so does anyone know like why it’s actually it’s like this and should I take it back if it is.
