Rental home/villa ideas Caribbean?

I know most travel agents have expertise in hotel bookings and can provide value at no cost but what are the resources for folks that want to rent a big house with multiple families? Looking at Bahamas, BVI, Turks etc. and would love to hire an agent to source the house, book all the activities, chef, restaurant reservations, transport etc.

It feels like another job to research and I don’t have the time. Three families, three kids under 2. Would bring a nanny as well, so 7 adults and 3 kids. Posting in Chubby as opposed to Fat as we are trying to keep the house rental for a week under $30,000. Any ideas would be great!
