Is inpainting the only option?

I wanted to change her outfit to a dress but i cant do it without changing her face shape & hair, is there any way to do it without inpainting? I already made 48 images, many did change the outfit but the face was messed up in most, if it didnt change the face it also didnt change te outfit.
