[Discussion]Adam Warren's Empowered: what is the reading order of the specials?

As title says: after years of pause because LIFE, I started back on the Empowered train, managing to get vol. #1-#11 for a relatively good price.

Problem is, I found there are some kinds of specials\oneshots: whene are they set in the series? Are they a necessary reading?
