(incidentally, the guy who directed the whitewash Theranos documentary, Alex Gibney, is the son of a naval intelligence officer/military policy hack. Gibney also directed the Enron documentary. In both The Inventor and The Smartest Guys in the Room, he conveniently glossed over the deep connections between both Enron and Theranos and the military-intelligence apparatus)

when Larry Ellison (Oracle is literally CIA btw, and they own fucking everything) stood next to trump and sam altman last week to announce "Project Stargate" a $500billion investment in artificial intelligence "to cure cancer" and says "they can look in a drop of your blood and see cancer tumors and make a personalized vaccine" that's the culmination of what Theranos was starting to work on back in 2005.
In that clip Ellison is referring to a concept normally called biosecurity, referring to the medical side of the automated, AI-enabled mass security state they are rolling out.
Long story short, digital medicine/biosecurity is a paradigm shift in medicine towards forms of medical technology which, long story short, requires compliance with total surveillance and integration with artificial intelligence and ends with everyone being connected to the "internet of bodies." (I'll put some links at the end of the post- Bill Gates is a fan obviously)

It kicked into high gear after 9/11, with the pentagon's anthrax vaccine contracts. the first bird flu pandemic was sort of its coming out party.
