New Update?

Sorry if this has been talked about but is anyone else having issues with the game crashing and freezing since the last update? It’s so frustrating since I can only save after going to bed. It did it a couple days ago after my player proposed to Alice. I’m almost holding my breath with each slight freeze that the game won’t crash.
