Prescribed LDN, aspirin and nattokinase, any advice?

Hi everyone! I’m 25F, been struggling with LC for five months now. My remaining symptoms are mainly shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness and elevated heart rate. I finally got to see a LC specialist, there are hardly any in my country. (My GP had told me nothing but time would heal LC, so I went looking for a specialist.) The specialist prescribed me a number of things today. 1. Low dose naltrexone starting at 1mg once a day for the first month 2. Baby aspirin 75mg once a day 3. Sublyme Essential Capsules (4x 2 caps a day) 4. Nattokinase 2000. Does anyone have experience taking all of these at once? Are there any risks? I’m a bit scared haha. I have naturally super low blood pressure, which I mentioned to the doctor, but he said it’s fine. Any tips/advice/experiences much appreciated! Thank you xx
