Pain: heart area that also radiates to the upper left shoulder blade. 18 months out. It comes and goes WTF IS IT!!!?

Had a holter, EKG & two echos within the last year and a half. All “normal” supposedly. The pain is super annoying and still freaks me out thinking I’m having a heart attack still.

Best way to describe it - feels like a bow and arrow is going through my left side of my chest area through my back to my upper left shoulder blade. When I have someone massage it, it is tender. What the hell is it and how to fix it? It’s been pretty persistent for months. Sometimes a squeezing sensation too. Not fun. Not ok 🙄

Costo? Something else? Docs are useless. Not going to anymore it’s a waste of time
