How many of Us there with POTS and Cardiovascular symptoms and any of you working?

I see many of the long haulers affected with CFS. But I would like to know, if there are many of you affected by POTS, tachycardia, skipping heart beats, heart aches and exertion intolerance ( like your heart rate going crazy )? If so, any success sotries if it got manageable or if you able to go back to work at all.
