unreal stuttering

console is getting spammed with these things:

server set re-sync at cmd ...

forcing ExecuteQueuedOperatiins due to entity slot re-use ...

and sometimes, less frequently:

[Shooting] player Nickname, tick base ..., weapon services didn't find a shoot position history entry for ...

failed to find ui preference for ...

Can someone explain what is all this and are there any fixes? It wasn't that bad before prelast update btw
