Been offered a job in other company, need help

Hi,

So I've been working as a software developer in a company for almost 2 years. It's been great, great work life balance, projects are boring but it permits stable life although the salary is low compared to other companies.

I've recently received an offer from other company working with different technology but with a small bump in annual salary (~1100€) and with great prospects in career advancement and this is where my conflict begins..in one hand I have a boring but not stressful work with great teammates but in the other hand I have a small bump in salary, different tech to work with it that could open more opportunities in the future, different people and a different work environment (I'd imagine a more stressful period adapting to the new tech and the new people but also with a great work life balance)..

So I ask you to give some insight on this and if you had this experience in the past and how did you proceed.

My main concern is the Covid era, it might not go great in the new company and get myself fired, and being fired in the Covid era is a terrible thought... . Thanks and stay safe!
