How to use a Template Everything and organize the Tracks?

I saved a „template“ with some Plugins on the Stereo Bus that I always used etc and now I don’t know how to Save my Projects.

I Open the Template. Make a Track and now I want to Save it as an Individual folder with all my Audio Tracks used etc.

But when I Save it I can only do an new folder and the Track is in there but no Individual files? Or Are they all in the Template folder now? That would be super chaotic.
