Can I ride the Culver City CityRide vans?

Hi! I just moved to Culver City from Koreatown and have been seeing a lot of CityRide vans going across town. I was wondering if anyone is able to ride those, and if so, do you have to schedule them in advance and how much does each ride cost?

I tried doing some research on them already and found here that they are free for everyone to use, but also saw that they might just be for individuals age 65 or older and qualified disabled persons.

I would greatly appreciate any insight on this since I would love to try using public transit sometime since it seems to be a great asset of Culver City.
