Complete newbie..to diet
So to start off, I’m a fairly good cyclist..but this winter it seems my horrible eating habits are catching up. I eat out almost everyday, and have about 2-3 cans of soda daily. So I’m in the gym this offseason to get ready for this season. Currently low end CAT 4 racer
And I need help with a routine to try and shed some weight. I’m currently 155 5’9. Would love to try and get to 145 before outdoor riding starts (in April in my area)
Any suggestions/tips/etc would be greatly appreciated.. thank you guys and gals
