Anyone going to the Charlotte show on Tuesday gotten any information on their Royal Flush VIP?

Soundrink still hasn’t sent me anything. Is this the case for anyone else? I’ve seen here before that tickets will be at will call but I have no idea what time to show up for meet and greets, early entry etc.
