Does she even like me?

I (m, 23) have this coworker (f, 25) who I barely see in the office since we’re in different departments. We been talking for about 2.5 months. (The 1 month she was away overseas but we kept in contact.)

We’ve never seen each other outside of work. I just get caught up and end up being busy on days I’ve set.

In person when she sees me she’s so enthusiastic, and quite flirty actually. We’ve become the talk of the town, even.

But in text, her responses are so dry. She’s left me on delivered for more than a week twice this whole time we been talking.

What could be wrong?
