Bikes on Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point

Has anyone rented bikes at Lookout Cay recently? I read that they weren’t available when it first opened, but can’t seem to find recent updates about it.

If anyone has rented them; is there much to see? Can you go explore past the Disney area? Any other tips?
