Is killer within worth it?

Hi, so I’ve been playing killer within on pc but I’m confused as to how the game works. I know the rules and such but I have no idea what I’m doing, I’ve been thinking about refunding this but I’m not sure if I will miss out. Does anyone have any opinions or tips on how to play this ?
