Can someone suggest a good skin and hair Specialist in Delhi NCR?

I am having issues with both my face and hair from past few years. I consulted a skin specialist a few months ago and he diagnosed Toxic Melanoderma. Although I didn't have much improvements with the treatment he suggested. I am also having alarming levels of hairfall from past few days. So anyone on this platform having good experience with a skin or a hair Specialist, please recommend!

Edit 1: Guys, as per your suggestions I visited Lipy Gupta yesterday. She has prescribed some medications for 3 weeks. Let's see if they work. Thanks a lot everyone 🙏.
