New Activities Coordinator

Hey there all, I’m a new activities coordinator at a care home for dementia and I’ve never done anything like this before I’m also pretty young not that, that has anything to do with it but I’ve had my first week getting to know the residents

But I’m just feeling really overwhelmed going into my next week, I’ve planned a week of activities but I don’t know I’m just looking for other activities coordinators I can ask like how there days go or any ideas and tips they have I’m just a ball of worries and questions and confusion, so feel free to comment if you’re a activities coordinator and don’t mind your brain being picked thank you for hearing me out
