Looking for an ultimate skillet

I've been trying to find something even remotely similar to the ultimate skillet at Mountain Lyon Cafe in Silverthorne. I lived up there for years but now I'm in Denver and cannot find anything like it.

For reference, is eggs (I do scrambled), sausage, bacon, chopped ham, onion, tomato, green onions and potatoes. They have a choice of green chili, gravy or cheese sauce, and I always did the cheese sauce.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm in Highlands Ranch, but anywhere would be great. Thanks.
