Most Unique Dining Experiences in Denver

Hey folks,

We are taking a trip to Denver for my wife’s birthday in late September and we are definitely big foodies. I have never been to Denver and would love to treat her somewhere to a dining experience that is exclusive to Denver or one that you wouldn’t be able to find many other places. The food being good is certainly a priority, but a very cool atmosphere or style or type of dining would be my top priority. Overall, I want us to come away from this place with a fun and positive memory. Any suggestions?

P.S. I’ll also gladly take any general suggestions on what to do while we are there for 3 days. We are seeing a show at Red Rock on the last day.
