What is the least painless way to die?

So i’ve been searching everywhere and didn’t for 3 days now. Gonna use alcohol and painkillers or sleeping pills. Life is hard just tired of it. Can’t even see my son. My wife hates me. Everyone around me says i’m weak all the time. I don’t want to let them know about my real thoughts so i make joke about it every time. They just thinks i’m funny dude. And now i can’t do it anymore.
