I don't see a future.

Things I dont see:

A loving partner. Fulfilling friendships. Excitement, holidays, being able to look forward to things. Children. Marriage. Intimate connection. Belonging. Spiritual fulfilment. A life of meaning. A job that my health will tolerate. A house. Being able to live without my mother. A retirement plan. Someone to look after me in old age. Letting someone look after me. Having someone to pay for my funeral.

I don't see anything right now.
