Community opinion: Will Titan still be broken after conscencration nerf?

Saw some posts that Titans are broken as hell. Some state its only because of conscencration, and some maniacs think, even without conscencration Titan is busted as hell in pve.

While i do agree that conscencration is realy strong right now, i dont think that other than that, titan is "busted as hell" in pve. He is on par with any other classes once conscencration is nerfed properly.

But i do want to know the opinion from the community what you think.
