Salary check and expectations. 4-5 years, backend developer. Local vs remote jobs

Hello. Im currently working in a local company but im paid in USD. Im making around 2000 USD. With about 4-5 years of experience. Backend .NET but i do somewhat frontend, client calls, solution design, team leading etc too so its a very diverse role in terms of responsibilities. (Im a 'high achiever' at this company, they dont pay the same to everyone of this experience)

I dont know how people find completely remote jobs with US companies or other countries' companies.

Im assuming they get paid significantly more?

Just need a salary check. Whether i should try finding remote jobs or if its not worth it. As far as I know I am being paid more than my peers who are in other companies (local, pkr). But i feel like i can make more it I go remote
