How to cope with cravings

Hi all,

How do you cope with burnout/cravings? All I want right now is a massive takeaway with all the things I used to have. I was diagnosed only last month, have been really healthy overall, counting carbs and managing blood sugars to the best of my ability but I’m just struggling tonight..

Maybe the best course of action is for me to just eat some food at home.

How do you guys manage this?
