Best item you've personalised from Anya?

Having played D2/LOD since late 2000, there's still only one quest I've only ever completed twice. The Nihlathak quest to personalise an item. The first being an amazing rare sword with cruel mods+ early game, the second being the first, and only time I found Windforce.
