Art theft

I'm sad. I was doing an online search for Super Mario kits since someone on here recently showed one. And I discovered that AliExpress is STEALING art from other artists to make their kits. My favorite geeky artist is Katie Clark. I have several of her pieces that I bought directly from her. And they are using her exact art in the kits they are trying sell. Two pieces I even have on my wall behind me! For under $3 by the way. So unscrupulous. I mean, should I report them? I don't even know if there is anything Katie can do, since AliExpress is another country.
