Onboarding and Wrong Roles

Hi! Lovely Reddit users - I need your assistance!

I am modding a group that just reached 250 individuals. Our team revamped our role process and started using onboarding instead of a roles channel. However, we are finding issues with the server now assigning individuals the incorrect pronouns. This includes new members and ones that had selected their roles prior to onboarding existing. We have the pronoun question required (it’s a pre-question), but I doubt that many people are selecting the wrong pronouns. For example, I selected she/her months ago and after setting up onboarding, without me selecting anything in there, I got added he/him. This is not occurring with any of the other pre-questions.

Thank you in advance for your support and assistance!
