What to do it I didn't pass (again)

I actually didn't pass (twice) this time I was the leader of a group, but since I'm from Poland, where the interest is almost the highest.

Is there any way to make my chances higher to be selected from the Reserve? I'm also from the end of the last run so maybe if I beg I'll be allowed to go third time...

The first time I didn't pass because of a bug (I started to fill group questionaire, the Opener a tab with single person questionaire to see them, closed it and it didn't count me as part of the group. We realised few days after it was possible to change from single to group) :c. I was really hoping to pass this time.
