KSS - Who’s got an opinion on Kohl’s?

Someone talk me out of KSS. I know it’s box retail BUT it’s so popular. I know the stock has taken a beating this year but with the new management and the fact that he turned around Michael’s I think this stock could be a winner for 2025. And in the short term I don’t mind a 10%+ dividend.

A year ago I would have stayed away. But solid price now with solid leadership. I don’t see how it could continue to go lower. Market cap is a fraction of what I feel like it’s worth.
