Am I being lied to?

So I was originally working with an Air Force recruiter, got high 90s in all my MAGE scores and a 96 AFQT but a removed in situ melanoma flagged me as DQ'd and they said I have to wait until 2026 to try again, so I went to the Navy and got offered CTI by the recruiter. My waiver has been approved he's sending me to MEPS again tomorrow to do the Navy specific tests then swear in. But he keeps saying I don't need the DLAB at all, and no matter how much I've asked over the past month to set one up just in case, he refuses to outright and keeps repeating my scores are so good I auto qualify. This is disturbing me because this is kind of my dream rate and definitely what I want to do with what's available to me as a colorblind guy. Is he telling the truth that I don't need the DLAB? And if he is lying what can I do at this point? I also don't know my line scores on the Navy side since he never shared them and keeps saying they're really good, so sorry if that information would have helped to answer things.
