What's the obsession with Kandy Muse?

I see it with Jorgeous, Crystal, and a bunch of Ru's other favourites. But, apart from confidence, I don't see it with Kandy. Obviously she's a great performer but I don't think she's particularly funny and her runways are very hit and miss.
