Just started Dropshipping $170 spent on ads 137 visits (Zero Sales)

Hi everyone I just started dropshipping a week ago.

I'm using Google ads

I feel my product page is on a good standing (like to hear your thoughts about that)

What do you think shall be my next move ? Shall I skip this product and find another or there's sth else I need to tweak ?
