RANT : Cafe prices

I have been living here for 22 years now and I have slowly seen prices and city changed a lot but the recent changes in prices have been ridiculous just examples

Just few days ago Paul’s chocolate eclair had always reached 18.5 DHS. Now it’s 22/- price in 2016 was 13/-

Pappa roti bun was always expansive today ( 7th December 2024) it’s like 18.5 dhs !! And they removed combos also.

In my recent trip to Malaysia from where pappa roti is from the bun is RM 3 or 3.5 i.e 2.91 DHS, I mean common

At this point eating lunch and dinner is near feasible and more value

You can troll or delete this post but just had to rant it out not sure how many of you will agree. It’s not that i cannot afford it’s just it longer holds that value on that higher price point.
