Who to drop?

12 Team Dynasty league and I’m firmly in rebuild mode with a strong core of players under 23. I need to cut one of these 4, but I see potential in all of them:

1) Cason Wallace 2) Jalen Suggs 3) Andrew Nembhard 4) Daniel Gafford (I have Lively)

What do you guys think?
