English VA a bit weak?

Enjoying the game immensely and just got into chapter 2. I find the VA for English to be kinda bad compared to Japanese and Chinese, some characters are way worse then others such as white hair guy and the girl. I remember the older titles being a bit better or atleast have some memorable lines.
