Bowangpo Challenge

Hi all, I’m having trouble with the challenge to prevent fire attacks. I know I have to stop Guan yu and zhang fei from capping the two bases but is it really just kill guan yu as fast as possible and run to zhang fei? I can never seem to do it fast enough. Any tips? Or am I doing it completely wrong?
